About Service Design Role

As an Experience Design Research Intern, you will join the service design team of our hospital and embark on an exciting journey. Lead consumer interviews to gain insightful information and a deeper understanding of actual patient experiences. This internship provides you with hands-on, practical learning opportunities to improve your experience and research abilities. Come along with us as we make significant contributions to healthcare.

1.1 Experience Design Research Intern

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and execute short customer interviews, understanding patient experience and gathering any insight on hospital journey
  • Meticulously take note of direct quotes of the interview conversations, and analyze any body language found
  • Input all interview direct quotes into the hospital’s data entry system

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree student of any field, or a recent graduate
  • Passion in finding customer insights, while keeping in mind to always be a non-leading interviewer, a good listener, and aware of own bias
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, preferably in both Thai and English
  • High accountability and ability to work in a group or individually
  • Commitment to work during 4 June – 4 July 2024
  • Availability to work on some weekends
  • Students or graduates with multiple extra-curricular activities background will be specially considered

Compensation:

This is a paid internship, with Internship Completion Certificate issued by the hospital. The rate is 500 baht per day, paid at the end of your internship period if you complete all the requirements.
